If you think about it you only want a product that is pure tuna fish. I found tuna that was imported from italy. It had only two ingredients, tuna and virgin olive oil. All the tuna is displayed on the same shelf. I looked at another popular brand, and their was so many ingredients included with tuna.in Here we think that tuna is a healthy choice for our diet. Little did we know those popular brands in water are unhealthy. Look at the label with all those additives, that will put on weight. Processed Foods are convenient and inexpensive, like white bread, hot dogs, bologna, macaroni & cheese. Processed foods are deficient in nutrients.
